• If you are late for your reservation, your treatment will be limited to the course time.
• Same-day reservations will only be accepted by phone.
• Reservations for the day before can be accepted until 16:00 the day before.
• Please be sure to contact the salon directly by phone to confirm, change, or cancel your reservation.
• Email confirmation may be delayed.

• Cancellation policy
  If you need to cancel, you must give us at least one day's notice.
  If you do not notify us, a 50% cancellation policy will apply.
  We charge 100％ cancellation fees if you cancel with less than 3 days notice.
  Same day cancellations or no shows 100% will apply.
