How to make a reservation
Notes regarding reservations
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your reservation time.
- If you are late for your reservation, your treatment will be limited to the course time.
- If the store is crowded, we may not be able to answer the phone.
If you make a reservation via LINE or email, we will contact you later. - When making a reservation on LINE, please enter your name, phone number, desired date and time, and desired menu on the chat screen.
- If you wish to confirm, change or cancel your reservation, please be sure to contact the salon directly by phone.
- Email confirmation may be delayed. If you are in a hurry, please contact us by phone.
- Same-day reservations will only be accepted by phone.
- Reservations are accepted until 16:00 the day before the reservation date.
- Inquiries received on our company holidays will be answered on the next business day.

- Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel, you must give us at least one day’s notice.
If you do not notify us, a 50% cancellation policy will apply.
We charge 100% cancellation fees if you cancel with less than 3 days notice.
Same day cancellations or no shows 100% will apply.
